OPI Brights Power + Shopping!

Questa è la terza review di smalti inviati da Fabyline. Si tratta di OPI Brights Power, che fa parte della collezione OPI Brights. Collezione di cui fa parte anche il mio adorato Over the Taupe, che è quello che metto più spesso e che non ho mai recensito.

This is the third review of OPI polishes I got from Fabyline. It's OPI Brights Power, from Brights collection. In this collection there's also my love Over The Taupe, which is the one I use more, but haven't reviewed, yet.

Comunque, passiamo a Brights Power. Diciamo prima di tutto che l'arancione non è il mio colore preferito. Diciamo anche che questo arancione è davvero forte e intenso (mica per niente è della collezione Brights). E diciamo infine che non ho praticamente niente di arancione da mettere.

Well, let's talk about Brights Power. First of all, orange is not my fav color at all. Second, this orange is really really strong. Third, I got nothing to wear that fits with it.

Però ieri sera ho osato. Ho osato e mi convince. Non sarà il mio preferito in assoluto, ma mi piace. La consistenza è molto trasparente, qui ho messo solo due passate, ma forse avrei dovuto metterne almeno tre.

But yesterday I dared. I dared and it convinced me. I don't think it would become my best of, but I like it. It's a bit jelly, maybe I should have put three coats instead of only two.

Nella realtà ha una sfumatura pesca che nelle foto non si vede. La durata non ve la so dire, oggi è il primo giorno e va tutto bene, ma stasera dovrò già toglierlo perchè domani sarò via per lavoro ed è meglio che metta qualcosa di più sobrio.

Inreal life it has a peachy shade that the pics don't catch. I can't tell you how long it lasts, because tonight I'm going wear something less 'bright', tomorrow I'll be out for work and I need something less...orange.

In ogni caso, ben si abbina alle mie nuove Papillio Birkenstock. Le ho sempre odiate, sia aperte che chiuse, non ho mai sopportato la vista di ragazze con queste antiestetiche scarpe. E quindi, viva la coerenza, domenica ho deciso che avevo un assoluto bisogno di un paio di scarpe comode. Et voilà, me ne sono innamorata. E già ne comprerei almeno un altro paio aperto. Ma aspetto i saldi.

Anyway, it does fit my new Papillio Birkenstock very well! I've always hated them, both open and closed models, I couldn't look at the girl with those ugly shoes. And just because I'm coherent, I changed my mind and bought a pair of them, because they are comfortable and funny. Now i'm in love with them, and I'm planning to buy some sandals, too.
